Two, both privately owned, ground floor; inter-connectable (as a set); both can be used independently of one another; tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned; each apartment has one bedroom (double bed) with an attached bath, a living cum dining room with a 'ready to use' kitchenette and two sit out balconies; ideally suited for a couple with one child. However, 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children) maximum (tight spacing) are allowed per apartment - two persons on the double bed and two on the roll-over single floor mattresses in the living cum dining room; 203 looks directly onto the swimming pool, whereas 204 looks out onto a garden.
